M-19 turntables

I have seen recently some comments on scissor jacks for automobiles, in turn used on motorcars.They don't work as some have already said......but, some do.

What I have found to elliminate the problem of collapse is I went to a military salvage yard and picked up a scissor jack from a 5/4 ton truck. This resembles the scissor jack but is three times as strong and are heavy duty. No fear of collapse, but this is what worked for me. You must do the trial and error thing, but hopefully before you go out on a trip somewhere.
