M-19 Turntable?

Another suggustion for a turntable is the type that Fairmont used to make. 
2 rails on a pivot that utilize the wheels to support the car.  The
advatage is that you won't have to reinforce the car and it can be used to
turn more than your car if the situation arises. This type of turntable can
ease you through a car with a weird center of balance. 

An M-19 does not really lend itself to lots of stoarage space. Compactness
is a bib concern.  Another is the weight of what anyone would build for
this purpose.   Although a turntable will allow you to turn on open rail. 
Another idea that I had seen was to construct a doly much like those that
are used to move small road trailers.  This would be used in conjunction
with your motorcars tow hitch.  Disadvantage - it can only be used at grade
crossings.
