Why don't you send wife to a self-service car wash with the wheels, get
as much of the grease off that way, then do the solvent soak on both the
wheels and your wife.

In all sincerety, if you do use the car wash, BE SURE TO WEAR GOGGLES
and dress appropriately.

Be aware of possibly igniting the grease if you do the propane torch
bit.
