I bought a set of the plans but haven't got around to fabricating the
dolly yet.  The plans are extremely detailed and complete (almost too
detailed for a klutz like me).

I believe he asked for the $4.00 plus a self-addressed, stamped, 9x11"
envelope (check for yourself to be sure).

Well worth the money.
