I dunno, I saw it more as: "If you drive
this new Caddy, the trains will wait for you to cross."

The trains are standing still. I think it
is more along the lines that the "power" of the car (mechanical or otherwise)
sets the world (trains) in motion. I doubt Cadillac/GM suggested that
folks race trains but they may have been irresponsible by not
considering a viewer's possible
interpretation.
