I opened it and read it at a public library.  (I too was suspicious.)
Had to drill in a couple of layers, only to find a legal ruling
regarding the abandonment of some trackage on the east coast.  I
deleted the message.  Maybe if I had read all the way to the end I
would have learned the winning lottery numbers.
